Job Summary:

Provide technical solutions for Supply Chain business partners by applying technology and data analysis engaging with business partners to understand the business opportunities/problems, and then planning and implementing applications/systems, data platform solutions using Snowflake/Python, and integrations (across a myriad of middleware technologies including IBM ACE, Snaplogic, Qlik, S3, and MFTP). Top candidates will have strong business and data analysis skills, developer experience with data platforms (preferability Snowflake), integration middleware technologies, and knowledge of AWS solution architecture.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze business requirements and own the data and integrations within the Supply Chain Data Platform to produce secure technical solution designs and lead the implementation of such solutions across multiple technical platforms and partnering with various technical teams across the IT organization.

  • Create and maintain logical technical architecture diagrams for all apps and integrations in the Supply Chain Data Platform integration.

  • Introduce new and innovative technologies and develop departmental standard practices for implementing and supporting these technologies.

  • Lead analysts and developers to implement quality, fully tested data platform solutions, integrations, and applications that solve business problems, deliver value, and are cost-effective to support.

  • Provides project leadership, expert advice, and counsel to IT personnel, management, and project teams on the most complex aspects of application programming, development, and testing methods for data platforms, apps (custom-built, ERPs, or other Supply Chain systems), and integration middleware tools.

  • The position manages the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with others. Based on past experiences and knowledge, the incumbent normally works independently with minimal management input and review of end results.

What You Have:

  • Demonstrated through certifications or strong technical knowledge of data platform architecture on Snowflake, integration middleware technologies, and application architecture (including custom apps, AWS architecture, ERP’s, and various SaaS solutions) with strong Supply Chain knowledge.

  • Ability to collaborate with an extended professional technology network to help effectively identify, plan, and accomplish technology objectives.

  • Explore AI usage in the Supply Chain Data Platform for auto-data healing

  • Experience leading and coaching developers and analysts across various systems/applications, technologies, services, and solutions, preferably in the supply chain technology domain.

  • Knowledge of application design activities and deliverables; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into technical application designs.

  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, or application.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and standards to ensure the secure design and implementation of technical solutions.

  • Experiencing evaluating, learning, and advising on emerging technologies and their impact on IT and the business.
