Major Accountabilities:

  • People Analytics Roadmap: identifying business needs, integrating the data and designing data model as a foundation source for analysis, building, testing and delivering new dashboards and reports in Workday.
  • HR process Analysis: maintaining reports and data models to support HR processes throughout the year (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Succession Plan processes, etc.).
  • Operational Tasks: resolving ServiceNow tickets, operational & cyclical reports (ESG KPI, QER, 10-K, Talent Scorecard, BOD, etc.), and ad-hoc analysis for both HR and business leadership teams.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: troubleshooting technical issues related to reporting, dashboard, Prism data model, calculated fields within Workday, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • HRIS Project Support: collaborating with colleagues in related HRIS projects, offering analytics support and integrating data solutions to improve overall Workday system.
  • Knowledge sharing & training: supporting Segment analytics team and COE analysts, enabling them with Workday analytics capability in their respective areas.
