Key Responsibilities:

• A seasoned finance transformation leader who thrives on helping Finance executives solve complex operational challenges faced today, such as the designing and implementing the Finance operating model and workforce of the Future, fostering business partnering, and enabling intelligent finance.

• You bring deep experience in designing and implementing finance operating models, shared services, and GBS strategies.

• You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of translating vision into actionable plans.

• You are increasingly fluent in the application of AI and automation in finance, and you actively explore how emerging technologies can enhance efficiency and insight.

• Work with leading global clients to deliver projects focused on end-to-end Operating Model design and implementation.

• Deliver solutions across key areas including:

• Conduct process maturity assessments and lead transformation across finance processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR)

• Design and implement Finance or multi-function Global Business Services (GBS) models.

• Define future-state Operating Models including organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.

• Align processes, technology, and capabilities to strategic business objectives.

• Define governance, service management, and performance frameworks.

• Assess and optimize Shared Services scope, structure, and delivery models.

• Conduct location feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

• Support site selection, talent availability assessment, and risk evaluation.

• Define cost transformation and savings initiatives, create value cases, establish mechanisms to monitor savings, and develop implementation plans.

• Manage project execution across assessment, design, implementation, and reporting phases.

• Lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality delivery within defined timelines and budget.

• Develop transition roadmaps and change enablement strategies.

• Supervise and coach Accenture senior and junior analysts and client personnel to drive delivery outcomes.

• Contribute to business development and go-to-market efforts including proposal creation and sales pipeline building.

• Shape differentiated points-of-view and develop reusable assets such as GBS blueprints, location assessment models, and transition toolkits.

Key Qualifications :

• 8–10+ years working of finance and management consulting experience.

• Experience in both finance and strategic consulting experience would be a plus point. Experience must include significant project management as well as sales/business development and people development and/or management consulting experience with Bachelors Degree. MBA (Finance), CA, CMA would be an added advantage.

• Bonus points if you have the following:

• Experience with Strategic Cost Reduction or Zero-Based solutions.

• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis

• Shared Services/Business Services design or outsourcing/operations management

• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and design thinking

• Prior sales experience developing responses to client proposals and participating in sales presentations to clients

• Experience leading projects and large-scale transformation programs
