Job Description​

We’re growing  and looking for an well-organized, dedicated, and compassionate RN to join our amazing team in our Women's Health Plaza Clinic!

This individual will primarily be responsible for providing phone triage and medical advice to our OBGYN patients; however, as we are a team that supports each other this position would be trained in all clinical aspects of the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess patient symptoms, provide clinical guidance and/or patient education based on established protocols and guidelines, and document accordingly
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to provide outstanding, quality and evidenced based care
  • Manage emergent calls and respond to critical situations
  • Notify patients of test results as instructed by healthcare providers
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

We need someone who is able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as, autonomously with excellent customer service skills and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.

Shift Hours: Mon - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree
