About the Role
You will be part of Group Office Performance and Rewards team which focuses on supporting Group Office employees with regards to performance, compensation and benefits.Roles and Responsibilities:
• Staff cost budgeting: Lead this important annual exercise and manage the reporting whilst coordinating with HR and Finance to put together assumptions, gather data and prepare staff cost budgeting, analysis and reconciliation
• Year-End Performance and Compensation Cycle: Take part in the Group Office year-end cycle by working closely with Group Performance and Rewards, HR business partners, HR information system, and Rewards team in other countries
o Establish and communicate the Group Office comp year-end timeline and action on deliverables
o Prepare data analysis and report generation to ensure timely provision of quality data within tight timeline for key stakeholders’ review and approval
o Job evaluation for promotion cases and ad hoc job evaluation throughout the year to ensure internal alignment and external benchmarking
• Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking Survey: Participate in the compensation & benefits survey to ensure appropriate data are provided for job benchmarking and determine market pricing for Group Office employees
• Compensation Workday: Define processes and procedures by working closely with HR information system team
• Other initiatives: Rewards related activities such as ESPP contribution and employee communication, Long Term and Short-Term Incentive accrual and vesting, annual RRP, and other ad hoc projects and reviews
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Around 10-12 years’ working experience in Human Resources, among which 6 to 8 years in budgeting, compensation & benefits; head office experience is preferred
• Critical thinking skills and ability to think commercially, highly analytical and impeccable attention to details
• Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and on outcomes
• Positive, proactive in building and sustaining partnerships, able to communicate effectively and responsive to enquiries
• Independent, flexible, able to multi-task and contribute beyond own area of expertise whilst ensuring good time management in a fast-paced working environment
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words.
• Competency and proficiency in Workday, in particular Reporting, Compensation and Advanced Compensation Module
• Proficient in English
