About the team:

The MPMS CBK Platform SRE team is responsible for detecting and managing incidents for our banking application using Splunk and Dynatrace. They implement and configure various monitoring tools and participate in automation projects to optimize daily production support tasks. The team also coordinates changes to ensure applications come out clean from maintenance windows and manages certificates for the applications they support. Their expertise ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of our banking operations.

What you will be doing:

·       Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.

·       Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.

·       Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

·       Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.

·       Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.

What you bring:

• At least 7-11 years in experience in Application Support and Production support
• Good experience Java, Unix,Shell Application Support with Azure
• Require to work in 24/7 -rotational shifts includes of night shift
• Exposure in Support and Monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace ,Experience in Troubleshooting Incident Triaging, Log analysis, Platform Stability
• Exposure in Incident, Change Management ,Exposure in Control M or Batch job process

Added Bonus if you have:

·       Knowledge in Splunk would be added advantage.

·       Knowledge in troubleshooting Java/J2EE application related issues.

·       Knowledge of FIS’ products and services

·       Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization

·       Knowledge of financial services industry
