WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an individual proficient in end-to-end supply chain to create and deliver reliable supply plans to serve our consumers while aligning to inventory objectives.  The planner is consumer focused, process and KPI driven, and is comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive and influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear and compelling insights, options and recommendations.  The successful candidate instills trust, acts with courage, embraces and leads change, communicates vision and purpose, fosters teamwork, cultivates innovation and ensures accountability.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this role is for you, you will be working with Nike’s Global Supply Planning team.  Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day management of a segment of our responsive business, working on initiatives to improve our supply planning capabilities and decision making, and playing an active role in creating a dynamic culture of respect and inclusion.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This is the Nike matrix: You will engage and collaborate with global and geography planning, analytics, sourcing and manufacturing teams…essentially an end-to-end supply chain role to ensure supply is positioned for our most critical product and demand priorities.  You will partner with Nike Tech and analytics teams to gain insights, build sustainable capabilities to improve the speed and quality of our decision making.  Additionally, you will connect within our team to share and receive best practice insights as we relentlessly work to improve our operational excellence and contributions to fuel Nike growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of proven experience, education and training in Supply Chain
  • Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills.
  • Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically building positive relationships between key players and immediate team.
  • High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Tolerance for a sophisticated, ever-changing and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate good decision making in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Experience preferred with Tableau, Cognos, SSAS, MMX, SAP.
  • Experiences preferred in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, financial planning.
