Do you plan to deep dive into a financial world and get an exposure into a world stage of finance? If yes, then we are looking for someone like you in our Global Corporate Actions department at Franklin Templeton. Our department is one of the core branches, that is responsible for researching, monitoring, and processing corporate action information for over 74,000 assets.
InPost IPO, Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, Ukrainian debt restructuring, the acquisition of 21st Century Fox by Disney are just some examples of corporate action events that our team handles daily. Our department in Poznan is responsible for gathering market data and processing corporate actions on the global markets, on various asset types. We mainly focus on the lifecycle of equities, bonds, warrants, Depositary Receipts and Tokens (based on blockchain technology).

Proactive and thorough research of market corporate actions (communication with the company, transaction advisory teams and data vendors like Bloomberg),
Ensuring that all corporate action events across all markets and asset types are correctly processed, reviewed and reconciled in accordance with procedures and deadlines,
Interacting professionally with various global partners.
Fluent English
Valid student status,
Ability to work 25-30h a week,
Strong attention to details, analytical and organizational skills,
Critical Thinking and ability to understand the wide context and make links between different corporate events,
Accountability for actions and decisions,
Self-reliance and self-discipline at work,
Basic knowledge or interest in SQL or VBA is welcome, but not required.
