Job Summary

The Healthcare Documentation Specialist monitors document accuracy and completeness; assists physicians to ensure an accurate, secure, and meaningful health record for patient care; creates templates, designs, tests, and provides best practice implementation; trains users and provides user support for electronic medical records. Assists and responds to patient health portal inquiries by delivering timely and exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

1-2 years transcription experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement:

Certified Medical Transcriptionist preferred but not required.

Pay Range:

$22.05 - $33.08
