Job Description

Are you looking for an interesting paid internship within Finance? We are ready to support your development as an Intern in the Accounts Payable Help Desk team. This part-time role is based in Katowice and reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. This internship is more than just a job – it’s a chance to grow, learn, and build a strong foundation for your future career in finance. Your Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to inquiries in the email inbox using English

• Handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance in English

• Reviewing vendor account statements, identifying discrepancies, and taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure accuracy and compliance

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Language skills: fluency in English - both verbal and writing

• Active student status

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel – you'll be using these tools daily

• Availability to work 30 hours per week

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Spanish language skills at a B2 level or higher – a valuable asset in our multilingual environment
