Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in project planning and execution - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Product 360 (PIM) - Strong understanding of data integration and data management - Experience in designing and implementing data solutions - Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling - Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter - Familiarity with SQL and database management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica Product 360 (PIM) - This position is based at our Pune office - A Should have excellent communication and presentation skills b Should be a good team player/lead c
