Customer Success Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Tokyo office, focusing on LSEG’s Analytics and Quants solutions, including Yield Book and Quantitative Analytics.
In this role, you will partner with a wide range of financial institutions across Japan—including asset managers, banks—to maximize the value of LSEG Data & Analytics by embedding them into clients’ investment and risk workflows.
You will work closely with client-side quant, risk, and investment teams, helping them optimize how they use data and analytics in daily decision-making. Internally, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Specialists, and global teams to deliver impactful solutions and drive long-term customer success.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology, and who are motivated by solving real-world client challenges through data and analytics. While prior experience in analytics or quantitative workflows is beneficial, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their expertise in this space.
