Welcome to Customer Service & Logistics

You will join a group of internationally focused colleagues which service our customers within EMA and you will be part of the team focusing on Global Strategic Accounts and customers in Central Western Europe and work closely together with the commercial teams to deliver superior and professional service to our customers.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

The basic part of order handling is made in collaboration with our Indian order handling team, but you are always the problem solver ensuring superior service to customers. You will be in close dialogue with especially Sales, Warehouses, Quality Management and Finance, to ensure excellent ordering experience and customer service support.

You:

You might just finalized your education within supply chain or shipping, maybe you have experience from a global organization with customer service processes, or you have another relevant background to succeed in this position.

· Preferable knowledge of SAP SD R/3 or another ERP system and MS Office

· Be fluent in English verbally as well as in writing

· Speak and understand Danish

· Thrive in a busy working environment with daily deadlines

· Have a flair for details and accuracy

· Be interested in developing yourself and take on new tasks and responsibilities

· Be a quick and proactive learner with good communicational skills.

· Be a good team player who is also able to work independently and taking reponsibility for key deliverables

· Contribute to optimizing flows and procedures within own area

· Thrive in a multicultural and global environment that is constantly changing

This job will be located at Bagsværd.
