As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in France. Your responsibilities will include proactively delivering accurate sales reports and providing exceptional client support, enabling the team to focus on what matters most: selling and building strong customer relationships.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce to manage reporting and data accuracy. Your responsibilities include processing client refunds and repurchases and collaborating with the investigation team to ensure swift and accurate payment resolutions. With your strong attention to detail, you’ll verify that all information is complete and correct while providing direct client support when needed. Additionally, you will promote Western Union services through merchandising and customer engagement, driving maximum usage and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for reporting and data management.
Support the onsite sales team to ensure KPIs are fulfilled
Ensure sales administration through daily tracking of agents’ set up
Ensure all information is accurate and complete; provide direct client support as required.
Promote Western Union services through merchandising and customer engagement to maximize usage and revenue.
Role Requirements
Previous experience working with customers, ideally in a sales or customer service environment.
Strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships and partnerships effortlessly.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
