This role is to champion the introduction of electronic ordering throughout the EU CT business. The role will serve as an apprentice under the existing owner of this role and will take over full responsibility for the work in March 2024 when the lead owner retires.

The role requires technical requirement documentation, negotiation with the IT delivery team to ensure the requirements are being delivered and maintaining close contact with the local regions to ensure the culture change and business process change requirements are understood by them and that they are supported in the introduction of electronic ordering and can track the resulting business growth and cost savings as a result.

Understanding the end customer needs and expectations and understanding the Xylem local process in order to connect eOrder with local ERP are key to the success of this role.

This role is described by two strategic projects, e-Order and ERP, however the role is much more than two projects. This role will require participation in many process and tool improvement projects which arise as part of the evolution of Xylem, where the role owner will grow into a key stakeholder influencing the strategic direction of commercial excellence in the EU CT region.
