Sei pronto a entrare in un ruolo fondamentale per la produzione di soluzioni sterili di alta qualità? Come Operatore Preparatore Sterile, avrai l'opportunità di garantire la preparazione di soluzioni sterili nei reparti FF, FD e SHCF, seguendo rigorose procedure di sicurezza e qualità. Sarai responsabile della conduzione e gestione di impianti e macchinari all'avanguardia, tra cui compounding, lavafiale, autoclavi, isolatori e liofilizzatori, operando in aree classificate di grado C. Le tue mansioni copriranno tutte le fasi cruciali, dai lavaggi e sterilizzazioni preliminari alla preparazione finale delle soluzioni.

In questo ruolo TU..

  • Condurrai autonomamente, in base al batch document e alle SOP, gli impianti per cui ha ricevuto addestramento

  • Monitorerai il processo di produzione attraverso il controllo dei parametri di funzionamento delle macchine svolgendo attività di controllo e qualità, verificando che il prodotto sia conforme e rientri nei limiti di accettazione richiesti (IPC di processo)

  • Opererai in aree classificate di grado C. Esegue ove necessario campionamenti microbiologici

  • Opererai su sistemi informatici legati alla conduzione delle macchine o della gestione materiali (SAP, SCADA, ecc.). Sarai in grado di gestire, tramite sistemi IT, i materiali necessari alla produzione (es. scarico materiali su CDC/BOM o trasferimenti tra PSA)

  • Eseguirai la pulizia degli impianti e/o attrezzature

  • Compilerai i metodi di produzione previsti

Perchè TU?

Qualifiche e Requisiti:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore in ambito tecnico/scientifico

  • Comprovata esperienza in stabilimenti produttivi e conoscenza delle norme GMP

  • Esperienza significativa in aree classificate e/o controllate

  • Esperienza su processi automatizzati

  • Disponibile alla flessibilità oraria (lavoro su turni e weekend)

Qualifiche e Requisiti Preferibili:

  • Esperienza in stabilimenti produttivi, preferibilmente stabilimenti Farmaceutici

  • Possiede ottime capacità di concentrazione e ha una buona predisposizione all’ascolto

  • Collabora con i colleghi (team working), contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera di rispetto e fiducia all’interno del team e verso i propri responsabili;

  • Capace di adeguarsi ai cambiamenti dimostra una buona capacità di adattamento ai cambi di programma
