Major Responsibilities                 

Develop and maintain a clear understanding of assigned clients' portfolios and their requirements

Act as an intermediary between the client and various State Street operational units.

Establish a good relationship with assigned clients and their key staff

Proactively liaise and resolve between client and State Street with regard to day to day operational issues

Assist management on assigned projects

Coordinate standard transitions: portfolio/market opening/closing, gather proper documentation etc.

Record, investigate and resolve day to day operational queries and issues for assigned clients   

  

Requirements 

  

Level of Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Language: English / Mandarin fluency

  

Qualifications/Skills:                

Knowledge of operational / client servicing processes

Knowledge of custody/fund accounting processes

Knowledge of all MS Office applications

2+ year experience with custody related processes and/or fund accounting is an asset.

Skills - interpersonal, numerical, problem-solving, and analytical                

Strong focus on managing and resolving issues

Excellent communication (internal and external) as well as presentation skills

Ability to operate independently/team setting, but understand when to escalate issues.

Motivated to understand and respond effectively to client needs

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment

Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
