Find solutions to clients’ demand and supply planning problems

• Support clients in assessing and recommending Kinaxis solution design to meet business requirements.
• Able to prototype, detail design and build complex solution requirements within Kinaxi.
• Ensure all nonfunctional requeriments related to supportability, issue resolution is factored in the design.
• Ensure solution robustness, scalability, and user adoption.

·       Make sure that projects help clients meet their important goals

·       Overseeing the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions

·       Orchestrating assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our clients

·       Helping to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.

·       Managing business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients

·       Building and applying technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

·       Developing, utilizing, and sharing your deep skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance.

·       Leading in the design and implementation of Supply Chain process, operating model, and technical solutions

·       Be ready to challenge old ways of doing things

·       Manages medium to large sized Kinaxis Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

·       Serve as the chief planner/architect for Kinaxis delivery initiative

Basic Qualifications

• Strong experience in scoping and delivering transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services, preferably in Kinaxis
• Strong understanding Kinaxis rapid response platform
• Ability to make decisions about designing enterprise integration solutions with, taking into consideration platform strengths and weaknesses
• Experience with agile / scrum and waterfall development methodologies
• knowledge of optimization strategies, integration model and database structure for at least one Supply Chain Planning platform (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, O9,)
• Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
• Experience on supply chain transformation projects.

General Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Evidence of leading Kinaxis solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead or solution consultant
• Ability to work in multicultural / multiskilled environment.
• An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
