The CLAIMS PROCESSOR is responsible for processing payments to repair facilities, suppliers and contract holders after auto repairs are complete. This includes auditing invoices to ensure accurate payments are processed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years minimum experience (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Proper oral and written skills to ensure concise communications
  • Ability to research and work independently
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Ability to take and correctly interpret instructions
  • Manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Possess strong work ethic, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task within multiple applications and screens
  • Change priorities as required to accommodate business needs
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Process payments for warranty claims
  • Compare billed amount to approved amount to ensure claim is paid accurately
  • Receive inbound calls from customers or service centers to resolve claim payment Inquiries
  • Ability to problem solve a variety of complex situations
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per customer interactions after de-escalation steps have been attempted
  • Researches, responds and resolves concerns in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and expectations
  • Required to learn and retain all aspects of company related product knowledge and procedures
