We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

The Senior Strategy Manager oversees strategic performance, growth planning, and customer experience for a portfolio of 30+ large mining customers. This role drives alignment across internal teams and dealer partners while delivering insights, digital tools, and data-driven recommendations that support long-term growth.

This is a uniquely exciting time to join the team. We are bringing differentiated, high‑impact solutions to market—including condition monitoring, electrification, and AI‑enabled technologies—that are redefining how mining operations perform, scale, and decarbonize. You will play a key role in translating these capabilities into clear strategic direction and compelling value propositions for our most critical customers.

If you thrive in environments of change, enjoy influencing at senior levels, and want to shape the future of mining through innovative, customer‑driven strategy, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What you will do:

Performance & Growth Management

• Lead SA growth forecasting and coordinate Segment Growth Councils.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve customer and portfolio performance.
Stakeholder & Dealer Alignment
• Serve as a central link between Strategy, Sales, Product, Regions, and Dealers.
• Lead development and tracking of centralized customer growth plans.
• Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution of account initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
• Produce on-demand dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for leadership and account teams.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Customer Experience
• Maintain customer experience dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to drive satisfaction and loyalty improvements.
Digital Tools & Data Integrity
• Lead development and enhancement of digital platforms and self-service analytics tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and manage issue resolution across systems and sources.

What skills you will have:

Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in strategic planning, advanced analytics, and key account management across mining, construction, or heavy industry environments.

Business Development: Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies across complex customer portfolios. Experience with BI tools and digital platforms.
Effective Communications: Senior-level influencing and communication skills. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
