Your Impact

The Lead Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional and/or highly complex products that often span multiple product groups. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlogs for one or more product groups while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. This role identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy. The Lead Product Manager manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand challenges and develop the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for Item Onboarding.

  • Align product goals with enterprise objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Roadmap & Execution

  • Own and deliver quarterly product roadmaps with clear milestones.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing product plans with a focus on speed, usability, and automation.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the product lifecycle.

User Experience & Journey Mapping

  • Design seamless end-to-end workflows for vendors and associates.

  • Lead journey-mapping efforts across domains to ensure holistic and intuitive user experiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define key metrics and OKRs to measure product success and health.

  • Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Influence engineering priorities and strategic direction across the product portfolio.

  • Drive alignment and prioritization across teams to deliver user value.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Accelerate product development through experimentation and validation.

  • Promote reusability and scalability across related products.

Stakeholder Engagement & Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.

  • Communicate product value and impact across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications
• 7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
• 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).

Preferred Skills/Education
• Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
• CSPO Certification.
• Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
