RSM is seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Management Consulting (MC) team in El Salvador within the Program & Project Management Practice. This role combines client delivery leadership with operational oversight of the El Salvador MC practice, offering significant exposure to diverse industries, strategic initiatives, and global collaboration.

As a senior leader, you will guide complex client engagements, mentor high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence for RSM’s offshore consulting capabilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and U.S. engagement leaders, ensuring successful delivery of multi-workstream projects while fostering innovation and collaboration. This position requires strong project management expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across a global portfolio. You will also play a critical role in scaling the El Salvador practice, aligning talent strategies with growth objectives, and maintaining RSM’s reputation for quality and client-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client delivery for complex, multi-workstream engagements; translate requirements into actionable project plans and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as an escalation point for client relationships and delivery challenges, demonstrating sound judgment and technical expertise.
  • Oversee El Salvador MC operations, including quality assurance, financial performance, and engagement-level reviews.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to increase utilization and enhance service delivery across global engagements.
  • Collaborate with U.S. leaders on portfolio management, recruiting, and career development.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; foster collaboration, innovation, and diverse perspectives.
  • Ensure alignment with RSM’s First-Choice Advisor culture and global standards.
  • Partner with MC capability leaders to optimize delivery processes and elevate team performance.
  • Support growth and scalability of El Salvador MC teams serving RSM US through strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Actively participate in recruiting, training, and career development initiatives within the MC practice.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business developers, marketing, and communications, to drive pursuits and expand services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, project management, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certifications; Agile knowledge preferred.
  • 8+ years in management consulting/project management, including 5+ in professional services.
  • Experience with offshore delivery or cross-border engagements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
