Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to ensure smooth system operations. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain service reliability and support business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Experience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify anomalies and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their integration with ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
