Position Overview
The Senior Vice President of Technology & Development will provide executive leadership for Resolv Healthcare’s technology organization, overseeing engineering, development operations, IT infrastructure, and client technical support functions.
This role is responsible for leading a team of more than 30 technical professionals supporting internal systems, development initiatives, and client technology integrations across multiple healthcare revenue cycle platforms.
The SVP will ensure operational excellence across all technology functions while enabling innovation initiatives such as Resolv Core, the company’s next-generation AI-enabled platform designed to transform revenue cycle operations.
This leader will work closely with the VP of R&D, who leads core development and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic innovation and day-to-day technology operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong executive operator who can lead a mature technology organization, manage complex technical environments, and build alignment across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
