You will play a key role in shaping how financial information flows across the bank and ensuring accuracy, transparency, and insight for senior leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and socialize monthly commentary; escalate risks, dependencies, and late adjustments as needed.

  • Maintain regular communication with Operations leaders and Finance partners to close gaps and stabilize ongoing projects.

  • Coordinate Business Line Controllers’ contribution and review of various reporting throughout the bank.

  • Perform focused benchmarking and disclosure analyses to inform our reporting direction.

  • Serve as Business Line Controllers’ workstream lead for strategic initiatives and acquisitions: stand up discovery trackers, schedule discovery sessions, and coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and Business Line leadership.

  • Support reporting change programs (org structure and P&L line updates) by coordinating with Accounting Policy, Corporate Accounting, Consolidated Reporting, and Business Line CFO teams.

  • Review and refine cost allocations and legal‑entity mappings to align expenses appropriately; drive continuous improvement into future periods.

  • Emphasis on in‑office collaboration and leadership visibility.

- Advanced Excel and modern analytics skill set; ability to translate data into decisions.
- Hands‑on with Power BI/Tableau and AI tools (Copilot) to accelerate analysis, document prep, and benchmarking.
- Proficiency with Workday/OfficeConnect or similar.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
