Fortrea is currently seeking a pro-active Clinical Trial Administrator to join our expanding Team in London.

This client-dedicated global role is to be home-based. However, please note that you will be required to travel to our office in Central London a few times per month for meetings and Team collaboration.

Essential Job Duties:

Preparing end-of-quarter metrics
Preparing for Clinical Site Partnership Meetings
Preparing for ASCO meetings
Performing administrative tasks as required by the CSP Team
Creating, updating, tracking, and maintaining study-specific management files, tools and systems
Assisting local project Team members with other administrative activities as required
Coordinating meetings with clients, investigators and the project Team, including taking minutes
Conducting ad-hoc analyses of study and site data
Managing organizational enrolment predictions
Improving PowerApp functionalities
Handling invoicing
Providing congress support and interacting with sites

Requirements:

Flexibility in time management
Ability to think through complex processes
Openness to new ideas and technologies
Strong communication skills for working with sites and CRAs
Good organizational and time management skills
