  • Job Title:  - Customer Support Representative
  • Experience: Min. 1-2 years of experience in similar kind of environment / job profile.
  • Job Description:
    • Handle min 50 -60 calls/day.
    • Provide support to all kinds of queries related to Title, Pick-up, and Payments.
    • Provide Email support for the same as well.
    • Complete 9 hour Night Shift – ( 2 Consecutive week-off)

  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Team Player – Need to be flexible and dynamic. Always ready to take up additional responsibilities.
    • Talented – Need to have good and easy-going personality who can easily connect with others. Being a quick learner is an advantage.
    • Innovative – Out-of-box thinker with a go getter attitude.

  • Essential Duties and responsibilities:
    • Take care of the incoming calls.
    • Ensure correct and relevant information is shared.
    • Keep a constant check on protocols to ensure quality.
    • Be disciplined and remain very focused.
    • Positive behavior reinforcement at workplace

    • Most importantly – a very good communicator.

  • Requirements:
    • Must have good understanding of English language and usage.
    • Good learning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Trained on Calls and Email etiquettes.
    • Basic understanding of Computers.
    • Understanding of MS office applications and Outlook.
