Job Summary

Provide and lead specialist analysis, design, development and deployment in network specific technology domains, including developing platform specific technology roadmaps and making technology investment recommendations to deliver products and infrastructure to defined service level standards

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Technical Analysis: Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall project architecture and design.
• Development: Utilize expertise in Java, SpringBoot, and Microservices to develop and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems.

Technical Skills:

• Languages and Frameworks: Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, and Microservices.
• Databases: Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Tools and Technologies: Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, GitLab, and Docker.
• Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and technical business analysis.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, or project management are a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
