Job Description

Your Role: Account Manager
 
As an Account Manager at Global, you will play a pivotal role in helping local businesses across Liverpool and the wider region grow through impactful Outdoor advertising solutions. You’ll nurture long-standing client relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities across the SME market
 
As a account manager at Global, you will:
Client Growth & Retention (60%)
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SME clients, understanding their objectives and delivering effective Outdoor campaigns that drive measurable results. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across formats such as Roadside, Bus, and Rail.

New Business Development (40%)
Prospect, pitch, and acquire new local business partnerships, confidently introducing Global’s market-leading Outdoor portfolio to decision-makers across key sectors.

Commercial Planning & Forecasting (n/a %)
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting, ensuring all activity is recorded and progressed through Global systems with precision and accountability.
