In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable, performs efficiently, and aligns with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily activities to drive the solution's success and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize platform configurations to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and knowledge development.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor updates and constraints to adapt platform standards accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and release processes within packaged or cloud-based software environments.
- Experience in designing integration strategies between multiple systems and platforms.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that balance technical feasibility with business needs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex configuration and integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
