This role is to ensure products or projects with outcomes created for Clinical Operations are delivered with highest quality, standards, and accuracy This role shall focus on our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a global customer base from the Clinical Operations Leadership Team, Functional Lines (Central and Regions/LOCs) and Study teams to define, implement and deliver robust data, analytics and benchmarking to support the organization
  • Design key analysis for Clin Ops working in close partnership with the DAP Performance Team
  • Work with Clin Ops LT to execute the analytics and benchmarking strategy and vision and deliver a set of solutions that ensure relevant, real time data is available to drive quality and performance delivery of clinical trials, programs and the Clinical Operations organization
  • Partner with SPO, Finance and Tech to ensure availability of key data for analytics reporting and benchmarking for Clin Ops.
  • Support and train users on advanced development and most effective use of Power BI web service solution         

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering and/or other technology related
  • Expert level knowledge of Power Bi
  • Experience in analyzing data obtained internally or  from 3rd party providers
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts 
  • Familiar to Agile Project Management frameworks (preferably SAFe)
  • Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems
  • Ability to manage tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate your ability to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
  • Excellent communication (written/oral) in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of Azure data transformation and analytic tools – Azure Data Factory, Databrics 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services 
  • Knowledge of Programming Skills such as Python OR R
  • Experience in other Microsoft Power Platform tools implementation (Power App, Power Automate)
