Our Data, AI & Analytics team seeks a dynamic and customer-focused Program Director adept at leading a portfolio of work across multiple clients. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach with a strong project management background. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating sophisticated project landscapes while maintaining a strategic vision.

Your financial prowess ensures your portfolio stays on budget, while your ability to develop strong business partnerships at all levels drives impactful client relationships. You have exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Adaptable and resourceful, you thrive in multitasking environments and excel at prioritization. Maintaining strong client relationships are key priority for you.
What you’ll do:
You will lead and mentor a team in delivery of Data, AI & Analytics and company objectives. Your mentorship will help to align all projects with program and portfolio objectives while also enforcing Data, AI & Analytics standards. You will develop and manage the overall project portfolio strategy. You will conduct regular reviews with your team providing guidance and support. While adopting and championing Data, AI & Analytics governance policies and procedures you will deliver quality of work for each of the following project management domains.
Portfolio Management
Supervise and direct delivery for a portfolio of programs and projects.
Work with Client Success to develop portfolio strategy.
Prioritize work for delivery teams across assigned programs.
Talent Management
Supervise and guide team, providing leadership, training, and support.
Provide strategic guidance and direction to the project management team.
Allocate resources efficiently across portfolio, balancing priorities and needs.
Scope Management
Write Statements of Work (SOW's) for client contracts, ensuring scope is comprehensive.
Supervise scope delivery across portfolio and ensure traceability and maintenance of requirements.
Communications Management
Serve as primary point of contact for customers and senior management.
Identify and engage all impacted internal and client team members, developing strong relationships.
Integration Management
Support teams in program kickoff presentations and client engagements.
Handle interdependencies between various portfolios and oversee coordination of work across practice and solution areas.
Financial Management
Achieve corporate realization and profitability targets.
Handle portfolio financial planning, forecasting, budget reconciliation, and invoicing activities ensuring accuracy.
Schedule Management
Mentor teams on creation and maintenance of project timelines ensuring adherence to Data, AI & Analytics standards.
Identify schedule conflicts across projects and support the team in removing conflicts.
Quality & Performance Management
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project execution.
Achieve/exceed corporate customer satisfaction goals.
Track and communicate portfolio health and progress to all impacted groups.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Risk/Issue Management
Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
Serve as a point of contact for raised issues or major decisions within the portfolio.
Resolve complex issues and conflicts within and between projects
Run Root Cause Analysis sessions and mentor teams in risk mitigation planning.
Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust strategies as needed.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field or relevant work experience
Preferred certifications: Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM)
9+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management and portfolio management, with a focus on leading and directing complex programs, ideally in professional services or related industry
Digital and content creation/management experience preferred.
Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Experienced in Agile methodologies, systems and processes.
Proficiency in project and program management tools and methodologies.
Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
Jira, monday.com, and Workday experience preferred.
