We are seeking a Lead Sales Operation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the daily operational reporting and analytics that support the sales organizations. This role will also support all sales and client management systems, tools, reports and dashboards.
About the Role
In this role as Lead Sales Operation Specialist, you will:
Supports overall data quality processes, standards and management including, but not limited to, the annual segmentation and renewal review programs.
Monitors data and provides analysis to illustrate sales trends, identify weaknesses in current sales execution and support future sales strategy.
Collects and submits data for weekly finalized operational (commissionable) forecast.
Supports forecasting tools (e.g., Collaborative Forecasting and Einstein Analytics etc.) and Tableau dashboards (e.g., Performance Health; Territory Opportunity; Account Health etc.)
Compiles sales and renewal opportunity data and information for pipeline management.
Develops, maintains, and updates full inventory of salesforce.com and any additional reports and dashboards.
Delivers on the highest value sales-related strategic priorities for the business.
Supports organizational changes that impact sales processes, workflows, sales reporting, sales systems.
Assists with all sales enablement tools and systems administration including user access, sales metrics selection, data analysis and process management, dashboard preparation, data validation, user acceptance testing and requirements gathering.
About you
You’re a fit for the role of Lead Sales Operation Specialist, if your background includes:
Bachelors / Masters degree required.
Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity.
The role requires the candidate to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Salesforce experience is must.
Proven understanding of information dependencies and data flow between enabling processes and systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products. Advanced Excel skills a plus.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with and influence at all levels within the organization.
Extensive experience with CRM systems and technology, including, but not limited to, salesforce.com.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general sales business workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex sales and client management issues, improving sales enablement offerings.
Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
Ability to listen effectively and obtain necessary information in order to do business successfully within and across the business.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision across time zones.
Advanced Excel skills including VLookUp, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas including troubleshooting to ensure reported data is accurate.
