Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission. As a not-for-profit, we support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

At our Rochester location we provide primary care for families and individuals of all ages. We are part of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Mass General Brigham. We are proud to serve the greater Rochester community.

At our South Berwick, ME, location we offer primary care and preventive health care services. Our physicians specialize in Family Medicine, treating patients of all ages.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our team in a unique split role supporting both Rochester Primary Care and South Berwick Primary Care. This position will follow an 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, with time divided between the two offices (approximately 25 minutes apart), alternating between each location based on practice needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned RN who thrives in a primary care environment and is confident working independently, particularly as the sole RN in the Rochester office on most days.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment and triage experience, as this role will consist of approximately 70% phone-based responsibilities, including patient triage, symptom assessment, care coordination, and patient education. The remaining 30% of the role will involve hands-on, patient-facing support within the clinic. This includes assisting providers and medical assistants with clinical tasks as needed, demonstrating a team-first mindset and a willingness to step in and support the flow of the practice.
