We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Sports Medicine team in Sydney. You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing group, led by a manager who takes the time to understand your strengths and set you up for success.

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is self-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in medical device sales.

What you’ll do:

• Support surgeons in theatre with the use of Stryker’s sports medicine portfolio

• Learn to develop and grow a territory, working closely with your Territory Manager

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with surgeons, hospitals and clinical staff

• Collaborate with your team to share insights, plan strategy and deliver results

• Balance both short and long sales cycles, following opportunities through to completion

• Adapt quickly when things change and provide solutions in real time

Who you are:

• Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong sense of initiative

• A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively

• Confident in fast-moving clinical environments and able to stay calm under pressure

• Commercially minded with a drive to succeed and grow

• Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to both short and long sales cycles — but we will support the right person to learn
