  • Manage all Eli Lilly account sites such as Kobe HQ, Tokyo Branch and Seishin sites.  
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement so that team’s capability is visibly spiral up day by day.
  • Define and accumulate records whether controllable work or non-controllable work with Client.
  • Report management status (GM, Issue and actions, resource change) to the JLL region.                       
  • Lead and implement MMR & QBR and Change control when updating contracts including base line and budget and implement the changes after reaching an agreement on coordination. (MSA, LSA).
  • Manage to promote Cost Saving in the controllable budget with given Glide Path Saving each year.
  • Manage facility maintenance and pest control operations to contribute to Lilly Seishin stable production.
  • Develops plans for small and medium-sized investment projects as noncontrollable in scope work.
  • Lead the interface between the customer and service delivery organisation across a range of all the services to people and / or assets; manage the daily operations.
  • Ensure soft services operations are operating appropriately in support of manufacturing, general business activities.
  • Evaluate gaps and deviations from all required policies, SOPs, etc. for the assigned area, and plan and implement countermeasures.
  • Build healthy, excellent client relationship and vendor relationship though understanding the client's needs, Vendor needs, sharing goals with customers by developing a good relationship with close communication.
  • Manage and train team members to achieve Survey Results & SLA, KPIs to meet those criteria.
  • Ensure required safety, quality, compliance, service and performance standards are met by the team
  • Drive positive team culture in support of the above, in particular with reference to safety and quality
  • Manage resources appropriately through assign, manage, and train personnel within the Lilly account.
  • Manage activities within budget; assess solutions and practices to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure robust personal development, training and performance management is in place for managed staff
