We are looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to join our Mobility Sales team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

The successful candidate will manage strategic channel partners, drive productivity, and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets. You will lead the telesales team while developing data-driven strategies that expand our market reach and contribute to our business objectives.

This is an onsite role, you would be working from our offices in Nairobi, Kenya, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager.

Expertise

We are seeking a results-driven professional with excellent communication and leadership skills who can thrive in our fast-paced environment. You should be adept at utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions while maintaining a customer-centric approach in all sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role. Experience managing strategic channel partners and telesales teams is highly valued, as is proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
