Job Description: As a Dynatrace Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Dynatrace solutions within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our systems and applications are monitored effectively, and any performance issues are promptly addressed. Key Responsibilities: • Dynatrace Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments, including agents, servers, and dashboards, Active Gates administration and custom service detection rules. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of applications, infrastructure, and services using Dynatrace to ensure optimal performance and availability. • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolution. • Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs. • Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve monitoring configurations and strategies to enhance performance and reduce downtime. • Reporting: Generate and distribute performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to stakeholders. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Dynatrace functionalities and best practices. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Dynatrace configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: • Education: • Experience: o Proven hands on experience with Dynatrace administration and performance monitoring. o Strong understanding of application performance management (APM) concepts and best practices. o Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Dynatrace setup, configuration, and optimization. o Familiarity with other monitoring tools and technologies like Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic is a plus. o Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform) for automation. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
