Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience in a large, complex healthcare organization, preferably within an academic medical center.
Demonstrated success leading inpatient and ambulatory clinical operations.
Proven record of operational excellence, disciplined execution, and successful implementation of complex strategic initiatives.
Significant experience managing large operating budgets and financial performance.
Demonstrated success working in highly matrixed organizations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or related field.
Experience leading cardiovascular, medical specialty, or procedural service lines.
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in performance improvement methodologies.
Experience with physician practice management and academic faculty operations.

Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Physician Service Line Director and Nursing Service Line Leader to establish and execute the strategic vision for the Cardiovascular and Integrated Medicine Service Lines.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans with defined milestones, timelines, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Serve as the executive leader responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of both service lines.
Serve as the chief administrative and financial leader for the assigned service lines
Serve as the executive leader responsible for driving sustainable clinical growth across both service lines.
Identify clinical physician recruitment needs and partner with the appropriate College of Medicine department to recruit faculty.
Develop service line performance dashboards.
Monitor quality, operational, financial, and workforce metrics.
Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to improve financial performance.
Monitor coding accuracy, charge capture, billing compliance, collections, denials, and reimbursement.
Function effectively within a highly matrixed academic medical center.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing administrative leaders and staff.
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, state and federal regulations, and institutional policies.
Perform additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as assigned by ICE Executive Leadership in support of the mission and strategic priorities of UAMS.
