We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at EST!

This is an integral role within our business development team, where you will serve as a representative for both internal and external customers, including factories and vendors on a day-to-day tactical and strategic business matter.

Your Challenge

  • Communicate with internal and external customers through verbal and written methods to address product selection including representation of our product lines, request for quotes, engineering specifications, status of orders, technical questions, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.

  • Support business unit's external sales staff with visits to clients, technical assistance, and coordinating sales activities between the external sales staff and I&C division personnel.

  • Attend industry events and representing business unit, including, presenting papers or presentations, manning display booths, and attending social events with clients.

  • Provide input to the internal sales staff on leads, RFQ, and proposals.

 What You Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail and drive to own tasks through to completion.

  • An extensive knowledge of computer systems and business computer applications to include ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is required.

  • 2 + years progressive Administrative/Marketing/Technical experience or equivalent educational training. 

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated customer service and marketing experience highly valued.
