Job Description:
As the Product Manager for Property & Casualty you will own roadmap execution, and cross‑functional alignment across DXC’s P&C portfolio—including Assure Policy, Billing and Claims components and modernization. This role blends product leadership, domain expertise, and strong execution in a fast‑moving SAFe® Agile environment. You will champion Product Management best practices to deliver solutions that drive measurable value for P&C carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:
Serve as the Product Manager for the P&C Suite, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle.
Strategize and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with Offering Managers, Product Leaders, and Delivery teams.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Champion the adoption of Product Management best practices to optimize product performance and innovation.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, and business analysts.
Act as a liaison between account teams, project teams, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
Ensure effective cross-functional team management to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Execution & Delivery:
Drive release planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with SAFe® Agile practices.
Ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Insurance & Data Expertise:
Bring deep experience in the Insurance industry, especially P&C industry with a focus on understanding all aspects including modernization of underwriting, regulatory compliance and claims.
Guide requirements and product direction such as rating, claims automation, process orchestration and insights/reporting.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and product management.
Proven experience in Insurance, data migration, and Agile delivery.
Strong understanding of insurance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
