- In S&C GN - Data & AI you will understands the importance of sound analytical decision-making, relationship of tasks to the overall project, and executes projects in the context of a business performance improvement initiative.
What you would do in this role
Overview: - We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Data Science Consultant for an Advanced People Analytics practice who is great at turning numbers into stories. In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of data to uncover insights that will help us understand our workforce better, making our employees happier and our organization more successful.
- Develop advanced statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions using good experience in data analysis and interpretation which helps clients to solve some of the core problems for diverse use cases across different industries.
- Should be expert in Python Programming Language to create efficient and deployable models and should have knowledge of ML API integrations with different solutions.
- Should have good knowledge on SQL and familiarity with at Relational and Non-Relational Databases.
- Use the cutting-edge ML and Data science Skills like Deep learning, LLM, TensorFlow, Time Series Forecasting, Boosting & Bagging, Cohort and Cluster Analysis etc.
- Deep Expertise on AWS/AZURE Cloud Services (certification Preferred). Anyone Cloud is preferred.
- Architect effective, scalable, and easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting solutions to identify useful and practical insights for the HR team and business leaders
- Be a data storyteller - Produce concise, story-driven reports and/or presentations to communicate analytic insights. Utilize Deep expertise in building product ready dashboards utilizing Power Bi and Tableau as the key BI tools. Should have 2-3 years building dashboards as key skill. Be capable of developing new KPI’s, metrices and derive strategical insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate the business problem into an analytical problem.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients , Understanding their unique challenges and objectives. Should be able to discuss key requirements from clients and navigate towards solutioning it.
- Should be able to manage Project Teams in terms of guiding the Analysts, Associates to design the desired solution and should be able to work on time bound deliverables.
- Proficient in engaging and collaborating with diverse onshore/offshore teams, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to navigate and adapt within an agile environment. Capable of taking initiative and adjusting project course as necessary
- Use mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Design and execute regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics, offering actionable insights to guide strategic HR decisions.
- Assist in creating communication materials and PPT presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or strategic initiatives updates. Should have good exposure on building ready to be used decks for different client engagements.
Who we are looking for?
- Education : Master’s degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics/ Engineering or related Analytics discipline from premier institute
- Overall 5+ years’ experience in Analytics domain with 2-3 years in people/Human analytics or relevant domain
- Strong understanding of People function, people metrics, talent management processes, and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing high visibility analytics projects.
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling is a plus.
Good to Have:-
- PySpark/PyTorch framework exposure would be a bonus .
- Knowledge towards Data Governance, Cloud Integrations, Change Management, Big Data Technologies etc. is appreciated.
- Html 5/js skills are a bonus.
- Optimization Theory and People Analytics Consulting Experience Preferred.
