As a Senior Oracle EBS Support Analyst– O2C, you will:
Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the full Order to Cash cycle (Accounts Receivable, Billing/Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management), with the ability to troubleshoot cross‑module impacts.
Lead complex incident investigations, perform in‑depth root‑cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions across O2C processes, transactions, and accounting flows.
Monitor daily system processes, configurations, and integrity checks.
Support month‑end and year‑end closing cycles, ensuring stability, timely processing, and issue mitigation.
Document functional requirements, test scenarios, test plans, and specifications.
Coordinate and participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation for patches, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Collaborate actively with DBAs, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
Prepare and maintain high‑quality documentation: functional requirements, test scripts, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base materials.
Monitor and analyze recurring issues, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support when required. (Industry Standard)
Provide guidance and targeted training to business users and team members.
Experience & Skills:
4+ years hands‑on experience supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 within the Order to Cash process area.
Strong functional expertise in at least one major O2C module, with working knowledge across Accounts Receivable, Billing and Project Billing, Project Costing, and Project Management.
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, data validation, interface monitoring).
Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong prioritization and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple requests efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot issues effectively
Ability to work independently, prioritize complex workloads, and manage escalations.
Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability growth.
Fluent in English & Romanian (required); French is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to Have
