Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules including:
    • Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
    • Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
    • Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
    • Advanced Access Requests (AAR)
    • Transaction Controls and SoD policies
  • Design and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and security frameworks.
  • Develop and manage SoD matrices, risk rules, and mitigation controls.
  • Monitor compliance with SOX, GDPR, audit, and internal governance requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, access reviews, and certification campaigns.
  • Configure audit policies and compliance monitoring dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, and Security teams.
  • Support user provisioning, access requests, and role management activities.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in testing, deployment, patch validation, and production support.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support internal and external audits with required evidence and reporting.
  • Integrate Oracle RMC with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or OCI Identity services where applicable.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC/ORMC).
  • Hands-on expertise in AAC, AFC, SoD, FRC, and Access Certification.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Security and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, FA).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with audit compliance standards such as SOX, ITGC, GDPR.
  • Familiarity with role design, user provisioning, and security administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Security, ERP, or Risk Management.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations/support projects.
  • Exposure to IAM tools like Okta or SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and Oracle Cloud integrations.

Experience

  • 4–10 years of Oracle Cloud/Fusion experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle Risk Management Cloud experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in compliance audits and financial controls.
  • Knowledge of automation and continuous monitoring frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
