Join our team! The Marketing team is looking for a passionate and driven Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns. As part of our Global Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across specific segments, using data-driven insights and best practices to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Creative Studio to ensure successful outcomes. About the Role  

In this opportunity as a Campaign Planning Analyst, you will:  

  • Develop and execute end-to-end content and digital marketing campaigns for achieve to demand gen targets, including, content creation, execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, customer success, and creative studio to align on objectives, develop target audiences, and create compelling messaging for campaigns.
  • Know about research into industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to management regarding campaign progress, results, and learnings.
  • Support other members of the marketing team by sharing knowledge and expertise where needed.
  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization tactics.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation methods and how to leverage them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
