Key Responsibilities:
Property Marketing & Leasing: Generate leads through various marketing channels including online platforms, networking, and referrals. Conduct professional property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits. Prepare and present competitive market analyses and lease proposals. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions within approved parameters.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and lease activities.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor local market conditions, rental rates, and competitor activity. Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends. Provide feedback to property management teams on market conditions and tenant preferences.
Administrative Duties: Prepare lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate tenant files and lease records. Process lease applications and conduct necessary background checks.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales, preferably in the Saudi market. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate laws and regulations. Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal). Valid Saudi driving license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications: Saudi real estate license or relevant professional certification. Experience with commercial real estate leasing. Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems. Previous experience working with international clients and investors.
Key Skills: Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse clientele. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
