What success looks like in this role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint and/or Okta and will act as the initial responder for IAM-related support requests, provisioning issues, and access review tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process access requests, user provisioning, and deprovisioning activities.
• Perform basic configuration and support tasks in SailPoint IdentityNow and Okta.
• Monitor user activity, entitlement changes, and identity lifecycle events.
• Respond to IAM-related tickets and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with access reviews, certifications, and periodic compliance checks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accurate reporting of access logs.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 2–4 years of experience in IAM operations.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint and/or Okta platforms.
• Understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC, and MFA.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
