Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a focus on understanding the needs of the business and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed are efficient, reliable, and meet the intended objectives. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business needs are also key aspects of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning of applications built on Pega Platform.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
