About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through multiple distribution / sales channels to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

岗位职责：

1、推动团险非代理人渠道业务，确保新保及续保等各项KPI目标的达成；

2、负责团险非代理人渠道的销售规划及具体销售设计、具体销售方案的设计及实施，销售结果的评估等工作；

3、协助重点合作中介公司及直销大客户的成交及关系维护；

4、负责团险非代理人渠道客户的促成及维护，与客服团队合作寻求up-sale商机；

5、主管布置的其他工作。

岗位资格 :

1、大学本科及以上学历，以保险、金融专业者优先；

2、2年以上相关团体保险销售工作经验或其它业务渠道销售工作经验；

3、具备市场营销经验，尤其在团体保险领域有实践经验；

4、具备金融保险/市场/销售/人力资源/教育等工作经验；

5、客户导向，富有客户服务意识；

6、具备极强的沟通能力；

7、具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神；

8、快速解决问题及决策能力；

9、优秀的英语口头与书面表达能力，熟练使用MS-Office软件。
