Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Dynamic leadership role as the VP, Client Relationships, where you will lead a strategic organization poised to advance the Property Intelligence market. This position offers a unique opportunity to cultivate a high-performing, client-centric team across multiple markets, emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

You will oversee the management of Account Executives and Client Success Representatives, driving performance goals for our existing client portfolio.

In this role, you will design and implement strategic initiatives focused on cross-selling, upselling, client retention, and onboarding, all while ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives. Your expertise will be essential in establishing performance tracking mechanisms, providing comprehensive forecasts, and facilitating successful deal negotiations.

You will also champion product innovation, leveraging market insights to anticipate client needs and enhance our value proposition. Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a high-performing, client-focused team across multiple markets, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Client Management: Oversee a team of Account Executives and Client Success Representatives to drive performance goals for a portfolio of existing clients within the Find business unit.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute strategies for cross-selling, upselling, client retention, onboarding, and capturing customer feedback, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and communicate a comprehensive strategy for achieving performance targets, with ongoing tactical execution and organizational buy-in.
  • Client Solutions: Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions, including pricing and profitability assessments, while outlining key milestones and accountability measures for implementation.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Collaborate with Sales Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting by providing timely updates on sales activities and CRM data.
  • Deal Negotiation: Support sales teams in driving negotiations to successful conclusions, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate client needs and effectively communicate the CoreLogic value proposition.
  • Product Innovation: Champion the introduction of new products and solutions, fostering co-innovation and excellence in client delivery through cross-enterprise collaboration.
  • Opportunity Analysis: Work with marketing to identify and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, driving CoreLogic initiatives in identified growth areas.
  • Business Acumen: Gain a thorough understanding of CoreLogic's business objectives and long-term strategies to align client solutions with organizational goals.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to CoreLogic policies and practices, modeling leadership principles and promoting a high-performance culture within the Mortgage sales team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in direct sales leadership role within complex organizations, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in solution selling, with strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Leadership Skills: Inspiring and transformative leader capable of motivating teams and driving engagement at all levels.
  • Partnership Development: Ability to forge and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally, optimizing sales performance.
  • Matrix Navigation: Experience in navigating complex, matrixed environments to influence decision-making and execute goals successfully.
  • Integrity and Accountability: A leader who embodies accountability and integrity, fostering consistent performance within the sales team.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Results Orientation: Demonstrated success in driving business strategies while managing tactical execution; effective at prioritizing multiple demands.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at conveying complex concepts to executive audiences and translating market/client feedback succinctly.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

*** Please note range listed is only the base salary range this is an OTE compensated role with uncapped commission potential and an equity component.

Annual Pay Range:

192,000 - 240,000 USD
